Coordinators highlight
Be careful how you scold people especially your loved ones and those around you. When you do, refrain from abusive words. Else people would perceive you as unapproachable. They will not confide in you. Relationships have not been smooth or ceased because of this. Many therefore have been pushed into silence. In there, they will bear it all alone until they can bear it no more. It might be too late to recover. They can kill themselves to end it all  
 

They will shy away
If all they can do is to watch you
They will shy away
If all you tell is what they did wrong
They will shy away
If all you mean is to be hard on them
They will be quiet
Not that they are satisfied.
They will smile
And not that they are happy
They will cry
Not because they are sad
Because you have lost your place
Only to say it is finished
Only a miracle to save them
