It is not easy when confronted with life threatening issues which you have no control of. It will surely be well. Still early days to give up even on life. Take a deep breath and stay in there. Clear the mind so that you can act straight. Your own thoughts can kill you. Talk to a trustful person. It will be well.

Poem in Full


A bit low,
A bit taken aback,
A bit left out,
A bit blue
 
Started, hours earlier,
Started, seeing mostly,
Started, try I did,
Started, couldn’t shake it off
 
It is well,
Is all I can repeat
Again and again,
To myself
 
Lest I sink
Back into the quagmire
The deep abyss
From whence I came
 
Difficult by the hour
Difficult by the second
Sleep deprived,
Worry a reign
 
A battle it is,
A battle for my life,
To live or to die,
To be spared the turmoil
 
My mind is heavy,
Fluxed with the thoughts,
Of sleep forever
A mental hell
 
But No!
Deep breaths,
Deep breaths,
It is well
