Never underestimate the power of words. You can do a lot of good with it and as well cause others a lot of displeasure. When you have no choice but to report a bad news like death of a love one, it should be tactfully done so that you don’t leave behind emotional and psychological imbalances. You may have lost a love one. Only life affords you that opportunity to replace if not have another like him. Stay alive. All is not lost..
Poem in full
Words dreaded, I saw, I heard, I read.
Words dreaded, ringing in my head.
Words dreaded, seeping through my bones,
Dislodged, they refuse to be.
I ask why, and I ask how?
I ask when, and I ask what?
My mind knows both,
But communication is lost,
Lost to the Heart.
Over? Over for good?
Gone? Never to return?
Dead? No hope of revival?
But an entirely new structure?
Years and years of build,
Demolished in a single moment?
Ah, the pieces…
What is left of them, if any, scattered.
Scattered abroad, scattered to the wind,
Dispersed to the ends of the earth,
Never to be pieced back.
Again, I run! But where to?
Alas! The Only Faithful, My God.
