Confronted with what you cannot run away from but endure can lead to anxiety (excessive fear or worry) where the body secretes two chemicals: namely adrenaline and cortisol. Adrenaline to help you flee from or fight the challenge. When unused can wreak havoc to the brain and spinal cord leaving you with memory loss, confusion, difficulty concentrating, diarrhea etc. About 30 minutes cardio-vascular exercises daily like swimming, biking, jogging can control it.

My adrenaline wasn't in line with the alignment from my Maker..
The Maker's wish is a streamline of enlightenment..
Here's a moment of sorrow on my part..
I'm labeled apart designed for that pathways of the pathetic..
A hectic feeling to the recipient of love purchased for a while..
The product of timeliness is ability to handle fortress despite your ample stress..
To be able is to be capable to overdo what is expected of you..
But rest if possible..
Before insomnia arrests you in its web of sleeplessness..
The way of the mind is a mindset of minding your sets before taking action..
Let your reactions be backed by your positive vibes and your mind will be a haven for serenity.
Truly your mind must be proactive in minding its own business, and less will you be in thinking about miscellaneous of life's strives!
