Very difficult work situations can affect your daily life making you emotionally and mentally tensed up (stressed). When an adverse situation persists, you can suffer from physical illnesses like chronic aches, insomnia, diarrhea and constipation. Reduce their effect by spending time with friends, engaging in activities that give you a good laugh, listening to soothing music and taking time off routine busy schedules. Seek medical care if symptoms persist.
 
 
Poem In Full
 
I couldn’t sleep the whole night
and last night too
waiting the morning to come
I have a deadline tomorrow
and I am nowhere close to meeting it
The work to complete is for two
but I am the only one working on it
I am the first to get to work and yet the last to leave
Sitting for long,
forfeiting my lunch
sweating in the air-conditioning room
drained and very stressed
If only I had another job I would quit
