There are a lot of mentally challenged people lurking the corners of the streets. Their appearance will easily sell them out. Their behaviors are abnormal, not in tune with reality. Be smart and gentle when you encounter any, so you don’t get hurt or hurt any. They are not in control of their mind. Blocked your way
In dirty and sweaty clothes
Refused to let you go
He has no weapon
He is not listening to reason
Or any of your verbal threats
There is no need throwing your hand
Stealing his money from his pocket
He has lost it
Not in control of the mind
Be smart but gentle
