All is not well. What do you think about the situation? Are you crying over it leaving the root cause?
That is a sure way to aggravate the situation when you worry, leading you to an anxiety related illness. If you are likely to feel sad and the situation persists, you will become depressed. Put your thoughts in a good shape- calm your thoughts. Seek professional help. Don’t kill yourself.
 



Rest if you are tired
Sing if you can’t smile
Slow down if you’re losing focus
Today you lose
Tomorrow you’ll win
Stay alive
