These are voices that erupt in the mind from nowhere. They are heard because your mind can no more cope with the prevailing circumstances affecting you. A lot of crimes and suicide attempts are as a result of these unreal voices. Whenever you begin to hear them seek medical attention. See a psychiatrist. Some might think this affects only some people. It can affect anyone.

Stop him
Remove his cap
Spit on him
