It is high time we hang low this discrimination around the necks of people suffering mental health illnesses. We treat them as if they are not humans and as if they are not part of the family. They are only sick. Let us give them care. Together we can make a significant impact on their lives. If we sit, stare and allow this discrimination to grow, when it is our turn, we will go through it. Jupi is here for you if you want to maintain a healthy mind. We can all learn. Take charge of your mental health now.

 Born to a tribe
Given a name
But an alien

Disowned
Abandoned

Unshared pain
Faraway joy

Looks and glances
Insults and screams

No friend
All haters

No home
Just sky

Only feet
And air

Born to a tribe
Given a name
But an alien
