There is a call to select stage performers who will help to make Leander David’s next event come out alive. The audition is on a first come first serve basis for the following stage performers from the age of 15 years: Actors, Singers, Choreographers, Poets and Dancers.
Being able to play multiple roles solidifies your chances of acceptance.
Send a video of yourself on what you can do. Shortlisted artists will be contacted. Selected performers will take home 160 dollars allowance after event. The same amount holds for the services of a stage manager.

“The Gate Of A Country’s Garden”, one of Leander David’s “Vistoninus” will soon be on stage in El Paso, Texas, USA. Get an advanced ticket. He will walk us into the forgotten past – a life of a people, a place and a country.
He is a poet cantor and a choreopoet. He is author of “Echoes from the distance”, “Espacios del encuentro”, the online library with over 500 poetic pieces titled “The Great Empire“. With over a decade of performing poetry, he is one of a few poets in the world who uses his choreopoems to teach folklore and is dedicated to the preservation of culture. One of his latest poetic pieces titled “Their home” was captured in “The Rio Grande Review (2024)” and forms part of his poems performed under the style termed “ŋmlami etƐ”. His impending poetic performance titled “The gate of a country’s garden” was inspired by the title of one of the works of the famous El Paso impressionist artist, Alberto Escamilla, titled “Gate to country garden”.
